I offer individual counseling, specializing in offering counseling to women, adolescents, children, and members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.  I have very liberal beliefs and strive to be a safe space to those who have marginalized identities.  I am open to working with individuals who have had abortions, been incarcerated, experienced domestic violence, identify as transgender, work as sex-workers, etc and do not judge.  

I have been trained to facilitate premarital and marital counseling through the use of the Prepare/Enrich program.  Prepare/Enrich has been the number one marriage assessment for over forty years.  I do not do any other couples work aside from the Prepare/Enrich program.

Kindred Souls Counseling will occasionally offer support groups based on client needs.  Past support group topics have focused on grief, empowerment, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mental health wellness.  

I believe that sacred ceremonies and rituals are an important part of processing our life experiences and recognizing transitional moments.  I love to incorporate sacred spaces into counseling sessions, and am open to exploring how we can incorporate ceremonies and rituals that speak to you into your counseling sessions, or even your day to day routines.
