Kindred Souls Counseling offers a variety of counseling services including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
During your first session with Kindred Souls Counseling, your therapist will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.
A counseling session with Kindred Souls Counseling typically lasts for 50 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
We are currently credentialed with Anthem BCBS, Badgercare/Forward Health, Group Health Cooperative, Inclusa, Medica, Medicaid, MHS, Optum, Security Health Plan, and United HealthCare.

**We also accept cash payments and have limited sliding-fee spots reserved for those in need.
We are located in Superior, Wisconsin, in the old board of trade building on the second floor.
Parking spaces are located in the back of the building, with additional overflow parking in the Super One parking lot. Our building is handicapped accessible.
We have a lobby in our office where you can wait for your appointment, and engage in interactive materials such as making mini prayer flags, meditating, drawing on the whiteboard, reading magazines, adding to our wish tree, stacking meditation stones, or playing a board game.
Kindred Souls Counseling will typically close when Superior Public Schools close due to inclement weather. We also closely follow the Superior Public School calendar and are usually not open on days when the schools are closed for holidays, breaks, staff trainings, etc.
