Kindred Souls Counseling is a counseling service that provides mental health support to individuals in need.

We work with children, adolescents, and adults, ages 5+.  

We primarily work with women and folx who are part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, but will see others as long as they are okay with a feminist framework in their counseling sessions.

New clients: Call (218) 409-8991 to request a 15 minute meeting to see if we would be a good fit for your specific mental health needs.  I will get back to you as soon as I can, which can take up to a couple business days at times.

Existing clients: Access the client portal to schedule appointments here: https://alexa-connolly.clientsecure.me or download the "SimplePractice Client Portal" app on your phone.  The client portal app is the easiest method, and will allow you to securely message your therapist and schedule appointments at your convenience.

Kindred Souls Counseling is currently in the process of credentialing with health insurance companies, and will provide updates here as we receive contracts.   

Currently we accept: Forward Health/Medicaid, Group Health, Medica, MHS, Centene, Security Health Plan, and United Healthcare (UBH).  

*Please contact your insurance company to ensure we are in-network. 

We are located in the old Board of Trade building in Superior, Wisconsin.  Our address is 1507 Tower Ave, Suite 217, Superior, WI 54880.  

Once you enter the building, we are on the second floor in suite 217.  There is a sign on the door.

If taking the stairs, go left at the top of the stairs, and we will be toward the end of the hallway on your right.

If taking the elevator, go right when you leave the elevator.  We are located toward the end of the hallway on your right. 

Feel free to come right on in, and wait in our waiting room.

There is parking on the street in front of our building, as well as in the parking lot behind us. Overflow parking is available in the Super One Foods parking lot if needed.

We are right across the street from the Superior Public Library and a local bus stop.

Our location is handicapped accessible with accessible bathrooms and an elevator.  If requested, we can find resources to assist with hearing and/or interpretation services.
